Hiring executive transportation means trusting someone with your schedule, your safety and, often, your company's image. Before booking, a few points help tell a professional service apart from an informal provider.

A license for paid passenger transport

In Brazil, anyone who carries passengers for payment must have the EAR note (paid activity) on their driver's license. It is required by law for this kind of service. Ask the provider whether the drivers have this note on their license.

A registered company, invoices and written terms

Registered company (CNPJ): a legally established company is accountable for the service it provides.
Invoice: important for companies and for anyone who needs to prove the expense.
Written terms: price, deposit, cancellation, waiting time and extras should be clear before confirmation.

Vehicle and insurance

Check that the vehicle suits the number of passengers and bags, that its maintenance is up to date and that the service includes passenger insurance. It is worth asking the provider directly.
