What is the difference between executive transportation and a ride-hailing app?
Executive transportation is a professional service that includes a driver, a vehicle, a pre-arranged schedule and route, and a fixed price. You deal directly with the company.
What are the payment methods? Do you issue invoices?
Pix, bank transfer, boleto and credit card. The booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit, and we issue invoices for individuals and companies.
What is the cancellation and change policy?
With more than 48 hours' notice, the deposit is fully refunded; with less than 48 hours or a no-show, the deposit is retained. Changes depend on availability and a request made 48 hours in advance.
Are the drivers professionals? What about safety?
Yes. Our drivers are specialized experienced professionals, licensed for paid passenger transport (EAR). The vehicles have passenger insurance and are serviced and sanitized for every ride.
Can I hire a driver for a period of time or to drive my own car?
Yes. With the Chauffeur at Disposal service, the vehicle remains with you for the number of days or hours contracted; with the Private Driver service, we drive your own car.
What if my flight is delayed?
The scheduled time is the landing time: we track the flight and wait for you to disembark and collect your bags. There are no additional charges for flight delays or post-disembarkation procedures. Meet and greet with a name sign is an additional service, available on request.
Are tolls and other costs included in the price?
Yes. All costs inherent to the service are included in the quote, except parking and additional routes or stops.
Can I make stops or change the route?
Yes, subject to time availability before the next client’s scheduled appointment. Such changes are contingent upon checking the driver’s schedule and obtaining authorization from the person in charge. Any alterations to the route will result in a proportional adjustment to the cost and will only be carried out with the client’s agreement.
Do you serve foreign clients?
Yes, with bilingual service in English, it is available upon the client's request. We ensure the well-being of international passengers through clear communication and an ideal standard of care throughout the entire service experience.
